We Make Your Order
Once payment and artwork approval are complete, your order enters our production process. Most orders are typically completed in about 2 weeks.
We Check Everything
Completed apparel is reviewed before packing so we can catch production issues before your order leaves our shop.
We Send It Out
Once packed, your order is handed to the shipping carrier. Tracking information is provided when it becomes available.
Important Shipping Information.
Our 2-week production timeline is a typical estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date. Several factors can affect how long an order takes.
Production Comes First
Most custom orders take about 2 weeks to produce. Shipping time begins after your order has been completed, quality checked and packed.
Product Availability
Production timing assumes the requested apparel is available from our suppliers. If a product becomes unavailable, we'll contact you about replacement options.
Larger Orders May Take Longer
Large quantities, multiple print locations, embroidery and more complex projects may require additional production time.
Carrier Transit Is Separate
The approximately 2-week production period does not include carrier delivery time. Please allow additional time for your package to reach its destination.
Order Changes
Changes to quantities, sizes, products, artwork or decoration details after an order is finalized may affect the production schedule.
Carrier Delays
Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by weather, carrier volume and other conditions outside our control.

Local Pickup
We currently do not offer local pickup. Completed orders are shipped to the delivery address provided with the order.
