You can customize and order many products directly through our website using our online designer. If you need help, have a large order, or prefer working with us directly, simply contact us and we’ll help you through the process.

Absolutely. The larger your order, the better we can typically price it. We especially work with businesses, organizations, teams, events, and other customers who order apparel in larger quantities or order frequently.

Yes. For larger or recurring orders, contact us with the products you’re interested in, approximate quantity, artwork, and print or embroidery locations. We can put together a custom quote for you.

Yes. If you aren’t sure what product to use, tell us what you're looking for, your budget, and how the apparel will be used. We can recommend options that fit your project.

High-resolution artwork is always best. Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG are preferred when available. High-quality PNG files with transparent backgrounds also work well for many projects.

Send us what you have. We can review your artwork and let you know if anything needs to be adjusted before production.

For orders handled directly through our team, artwork and placement are reviewed before production. Production does not begin until the order is finalized and any required approval is completed.

Yes. Our digital apparel printing process works great for full-color logos, detailed artwork, gradients, and designs with many colors.

Yes. We offer professional custom apparel printing as well as embroidery for products such as polos, hats, jackets, and other apparel.

Yes. We offer embroidered hats and can help recommend hat styles that work well with your logo and intended use.

At this time, we do not embroider customer-supplied garments. We offer a large selection of apparel through our suppliers and can help you find an appropriate product for your project.

Our custom printing and embroidery are produced in-house by Tiger Claw Custom Prints, giving us greater control over quality and production.

Turnaround varies depending on the product, quantity, artwork, inventory availability, and our current production schedule. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

Yes. We offer shipping so you can order custom apparel from us even if you're not nearby.

We currently do not offer local pickup. Completed orders are shipped directly to the customer.
