We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including:

  • Design placement

  • Color selections

  • Low-resolution artwork

Production begins after final approval is received.

3. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork or designs, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the artwork, or

  • You have permission to reproduce and use it

We reserve the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or content policies.

Customers assume full responsibility for the use of submitted artwork and agree to hold us harmless against any claims related to copyright or trademark infringement.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. Full payment may be required before production begins.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

5. Production & Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as general estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Production timelines may vary due to:

  • Order volume

  • Inventory availability

  • Artwork revisions

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Equipment maintenance or unexpected issues

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses submitted by customers

  • Lost or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers

  • Delivery delays once orders leave our facility

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

However, if there is an issue caused by a production error on our end, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.

Approved issues may qualify for:

  • Replacement products

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund at our discretion

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Slight variations may occur between digital mockups and final printed or embroidered products, including:

These minor differences are considered normal and not defects.
