Refund & Return Policy

At Tiger Claw Custom Prints, all products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for issues unrelated to production defects or order errors.

Custom Orders

All custom apparel, hats, embroidery, and printed products are made specifically for your order. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all mockups, sizing, spelling, colors, and order details before approving production.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • There was a production error caused by us

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund, depending on the situation

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds or returns for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer

  • Minor color differences due to screen/display settings

  • Customer-provided artwork with low quality or spelling errors

  • Change of mind after production begins

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Slight placement or sizing variations common in custom printing/embroidery

Apparel & Sizing

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering. Because all items are custom-made, we cannot exchange or refund items due to incorrect size selection.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
