How much do bulk custom t-shirts cost?
Our ready-to-order packs of Port & Company PC43 tees with one full-color print location are $199 for 25 shirts ($7.96 each), $299 for 50 ($5.98 each) and $399 for 100 ($3.99 each). Sizes S–XL are included; 2XL adds $2.50 and 3XL adds $3.50 per shirt.
Can I mix sizes in a bulk order?
Yes. Pick any mix of sizes S–3XL inside your pack. Only 2XL and 3XL shirts add an extra charge.
How long does a bulk shirt order take?
Most orders are ready in 2–4 weeks after payment and artwork approval. Larger runs can take longer — if you're working toward a deadline, tell us up front.
What if I need more than 100 shirts or a different garment?
Send us your quantity, garment and artwork for a custom quote. For extremely large runs with simple designs, we may recommend screen printing if it saves you money.
Do you ship bulk shirt orders outside Minnesota?
Yes. We print in Minnesota and ship anywhere in the United States.
